The move itself went okay, but the cleanup afterward was disappointing. They left boxes, tape, and dirt behind, and I ended up spending my evening cleaning everything up myself. What made it more frustrating was that I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to about whether cleanup was included or not. It would’ve been nice if everyone was on the same page.

I used Leo Moves last week and overall had a good experience. The truck was clean, seemed well maintained, and didn’t give us any problems during the move. I also appreciated that they had decent blankets, straps, and dollies, because that made things a lot easier. It didn’t feel like we were dealing with beat-up old equipment. That said, the pickup process was a little slower than I expected, and the communication could’ve been a bit clearer upfront. Nothing major, but enough to notice. Still, I’d probably use them again...

My bill was off by around $20 or so, and it took support maybe 4 or 5 days to really get back to me with a clear answer. It did get sorted out eventually, but the whole thing felt slower than it should have

I used LeoMoves for my move last week, right in the middle of a hectic week for me since I was also trying to get my internet set up and return keys to my old place. My old apartment had these narrow stairs that are always a pain, and the new building required an elevator booking, which I was worried might turn into a whole thing. The guys handled it well though. They were careful with my couch and all the boxes, and nothing ended up scratched or banged up. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but with the stairs and elevator situation, I kind of get it. Overall, good service and I’d use them again.

They took the furniture apart just fine, no problem there. But when it got put back together, it wasn’t right — kinda shaky and wobbly like the screws or whatever weren’t tightened up enough. Not totally falling apart, but definitely not how it was before

When I unpacked, not a single plate or picture frame was broken. They’d also labelled most of the boxes clearly, which made finding things so much easier. Really happy with how it all went.
